      All,

It is much preferable to meet in person at our pavilion. Please dress appropriately for the weather. We will have a good fire going when you arrive. That said, in the event of extremely cold temps or other extremely adverse weather, we will meet exclusively via Zoom instead. Keep an eye on your email day before for any changes needed. Pizza at 6:00 and our meeting will start promptly at 7:00. We will make an effort to wrap things up by 8:00 but as many of you know we sometimes go a little over by necessity.

      Thanks!

Registration for GRSA Sail Camp is completed online through the GRSA website, and a separate registration must be completed for each camper, as the system does not allow multiple campers or sessions to be combined into a single registration or payment. After completing the registration process, required paperwork will be emailed to you (please allow up to one week for delivery and be sure to check spam or junk folders). All paperwork must be completed prior to the first day of camp.

Campers who require medication to be administered during the camp day or for emergencies must complete a Medication Release Form, which will be included in the registration paperwork email; all medications must be provided in original pharmacy-labeled containers and turned in to GRSA staff.

A waitlist is maintained for camps that reach capacity, and if space becomes available, families will be notified by phone and email and will have 48 hours to accept the open spot.
